You can use us on an as-needed basis or ask a Star Care about our Star Care Support Plans, both available for a flat price.
Step 1

Step 2
Our Customer Service Representative will schedule a Certified Engineer to come on site to your location at a day and time that is convenient to you, even the same day in many cases.
Your Certified Engineer will call you prior to your appointment to confirm our on site visit. Your Engineer will then arrive on time at your home or office and, upon completion of diagnostics, the friendly Engineer will present an exact price for the solution.
Step 3
Your computer, software, network, internet connection or other hardware are then diagnosed, repaired and tested on site and to your satisfaction. In some cases, and at no addtional cost to you, your equipment may be picked up by your Certified Nerd so that further testing or extensive repair can be performed at one of our local offices.
Our customer service representatives will do a follow-up call a couple of days after your appointment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
